What we did
Bree sourced, pursued, and won the construction staking contract for the new UCSD Outpatient Pavilion Project. Comprised of approximately 150,000 gsf of OSHPD-3 compliant outpatient and clinical facilities, this project was built to accommodate hospital-licensed services and programs in support of the Jacobs Medical Center. This facility serves as a platform to improve outpatient care delivery at UC San Diego by housing disease-specific centers consolidating all outpatient, ancillary, professional and support services needed to treat specified conditions. Bree worked closely with General Contractor Rudolph & Sletten to oversee the process utilizing intensive Land Surveying, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and Laser Scanning Services to support the successful design and construction of UCSD’s new Outpatient Pavilion located on the UC healthcare provider’s La Jolla campus.
